SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to The House of Maya. We are committed to delivering your orders securely, accurately, and on time across India. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Timelines

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, containing a live tracking link.

2. Domestic Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery

We ship nationwide across India using premium, trackable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax).

 Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries to remote areas, Northeast states, or during peak festive seasons may experience minor delays of 2–3 additional business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. 

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert your minimum amount for free shipping, e.g., 999 or 1499]. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain a secure and genuine shopping environment, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a strict verification process.

Verification: After placing a COD order, you will receive an automated WhatsApp confirmation message or verification call. Orders will only be processed and dispatched after active confirmation.

COD Rejections & RTO: If a customer repeatedly rejects a COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason, The House of Maya reserves the absolute right to restrict or decline future COD services for that specific account/address.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, we will proactively send your shipment status, courier name, and tracking number via your registered email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. 

6. Damages & Issues During Transit

If you receive your order in a physically damaged condition or if the packaging seems severely tampered with, please refuse the delivery at the doorstep.

If you accept the package and find damaged items inside, you must notify us at houseofmaya.office@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
